Some good choices include plain yogurts, cream cheese, cottage cheese, hard cheeses, blue cheese. Check labels. Processed cheeses are a no-no. They have hidden sugars and oftentimes are just oils masquerading as cheese. Stay away from them, even if you don’t do Keto. They just aren’t good for you.
6. Veggies That Grow ABOVE Ground
If it grows underground, it’s probably a carbohydrate nightmare. That isn’t to say you can’t incorporate them into your Keto Diet, but if you are truly looking to lose weight on Keto- These are pretty much going to go away. Raw veggies are always going to be best for you. You get the full compliment of nutrients and the advantages of the roughage which is important for both digestion and proper bowel function.
